Refund policy

For regular products, request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached where supplied.

To start a return, email lackeyshae@gmail.com with your order number, item, and reason. Contact us before mailing anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Tiny Bears covers necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please report problems promptly and include clear photos.

Products identified as print-on-demand and fulfilled by Printify are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including an incorrectly selected size or color. For damage or manufacturing defects, contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery to arrange a free reprint or refund. Report issues as soon as possible so we can submit the claim within our fulfillment partner’s deadline.

We will notify you after reviewing your claim or inspecting your return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method; your payment provider may take additional time to post them.
